Account Managers for Personal Lines
Megson FitzPatrick’s Personal Lines team members manage personal accounts, including home, condo, tenant, excess travel medical, personal umbrella and marine policies. The Personal Lines Team is responsible for managing the streamlining of workflows and processes to ensure excellent service for our clients. The majority of MFI’s personal lines business is placed through our in-house insurance package programs. Personal Lines team members are responsible for underwriting, rating, endorsements and claims processing and provide focused and individualized customer service.
We have two Personal Lines Account Manager positions open, one at our
Responsibilities include:
- Process endorsements to policies based on our Service Standards
- Process binders of insurance upon request based on our Service Standards
- Review diary lists regularly to ensure that all client follow ups
- are handled in a timely manner
- Handle client requests and/or questions and note the file with regards to any discussions with the client
You should possess:
- Consistent positive attitude
- Excellent communication skills- both verbal and written
- Strong attention to detail
- Good time management and organizational skills
- Ability to work well independently and as part of the team
- Good customer service skills
- Positive attitude towards coaching
