Refund Policy

In the event of a payment error, please contact our office by phone or in writing to request a refund. It remains the discretion of Megson FitzPatrick Inc. and Merit Town & Country Services Ltd. whether a refund is processed on the purchaser’s credit card or a cheque is issued to refund payment. If monies are owed on the purchaser’s account, a refund request may be denied.
