As our Producer Partner, your role will be to provide the Producer with exceptional client support, which will allow the Producer to be out of the office generating new relationships and business. Who will you be working with? A team of dedicated high performers who trust each other, have strong initiative, share workloads and put the team ahead of themselves. Our Producer Partner works closely with a Producer and the Producer’s team.
What will you get to do? As our Producer partner, you will have the overall responsibility to manage the Producer’s book of business. Our Producer Partner is the first point of contact for the client and is responsible for servicing the book of business as it relates to new and existing business. The Producer Partner will work within a team, which may include at minimum a Producer, and an Account Manager. The Producer Partner will be responsible for delegating to the Producer team to ensure efficiency in workflows and processes and delivery to the client.
Specific responsibilities for the Producer Partner role include, but aren’t limited to:, writing new business, attending client visits, acting as a point person for the specific book of business, engaging and supporting the Producers annual sales plan, assisting in the development and management of the Producers pipeline, develop new opportunities within the book, overseeing the trade-off process and participating in the claims process as required.

What do you need to bring to the table?
- CIP/FCIP Designation (or close to completion)
- Minimum Level 2 license
- Excellent communicator
- 100% client focused and service oriented
- 5+ years of Commercial Insurance experience
- Strong networking skills
- Excellent technology skills
- High level of business acumen
- Strong work ethic
- High level of follow-up and follow-through
