In order to determine your eligibility for the Premier Program please click the Premier Business application button and answer a few brief qualifying questions. If all your answers are “yes”, please complete the application process. If you answer “no” to any of the questions please contact us before proceeding with the Corporate Business application.

The application process is not meant to be frustrating so if you find yourself struggling please contact our office for immediate assistance.

Applications are provided in both Word and PDF format so you may either:

Download the Word version, save it on your hard drive, complete it electronically and then email it to viatecmembers@megsonfitzpatrick.com. (please note that a signature is required prior to binding)

OR

Print the PDF version, complete it by hand and fax it to us at 250-595-2900. Please note that the PDF applications can be viewed using Adobe Acrobat Reader.
