I was on a tight timeline, and needed to re-insure two vehicles, and change a policy significantly, and was feeling stressed. We are often too quick to criticize when things go wrong and too slow to show appreciation when things go right. I have been insuring my (now five) motorcycles with your company for ~10 years. Furthermore, I have been purchasing insurance for various machines, including commercial aircraft, for more than 50 years. I know insurance companies. Since my relationship with Megson FitzPatrick began my agent has been Chris Murphy. I cannot speak too highly of the friendly, competent, timely service Chris has given me over the years. While discounts are always appreciated, that is not why I moved from Beacon to your company. Christopher Murphy is the reason I am with your company.

This wee note comes better late than never. I mentioned a while back that I’d like to recognize the people and service we receive from the Megson FitzPatrick… Most recently I received assistance from Tammy Holleufer. I called the office to enquire about our home insurance policy and spoke to Tammy. Right from the get go Tammy was so very friendly. I felt like I was talking to an old friend or someone I’d been dealing with for a long time or someone I had an established relationship with. She answered my questions and more and followed up with me by email just like she said she would and right on schedule. She made my day. The other experience our family had with your office recently centered around an unfortunate situation that occurred with my son Stefan and his wife Helena’s house insurance. It was a very stressful situation for them that demanded their immediate attention and was of great concern to them given the circumstances. Once again, the employee Stefan was referred to met him right away and was extremely helpful. He put Stefan at ease and reassured him by providing several options and quotes to consider. Stefan left the office feeling relieved and very encouraged that someone had his back. Stefan is now a Megson fan and client due mostly because he was treated with kindness, understanding and professionalism. Jon and I have dealt with Megson for over 25 years (I think) for good reason; the people and outstanding customer service. Your hours are flexible, your products are competitive, you give back to the community and most important the employees make the difference.
