Dream Program

Once a year, Megson FitzPatrick will make a Dream Come True for one lucky team member. The Company will contribute up to $10,000 for the chosen Dream, which will be gifted at the Annual State of the Brokerage Meeting in the fall.

Improving Our Lives Loan Program

In support of our purpose statement, “Improving the lives of our Clients, Team and Community,” Megson FitzPatrick is pleased to offer the Improving Our Lives Loan Program. The program is designed to encourage our team to support their interests, and health and well-being. We recognize that it can be difficult at times to purchase fitness equipment, professional work attire, courses, computers etc. This program is intended to provide a way for our team to achieve their goals.

Time Off

Full-time permanent staff receive three weeks holiday time plus five personal time-off (PTO) days annually to start. Megson’s also offers full-time permanent staff, their birthday off!

Educational Support

Megson FitzPatrick values continuous learning and improvement that is beneficial to your current and/or future position at MFI. We encourage all team members to keep relevant and current with their skills and technical knowledge. Megson FitzPatrick will pay for relevant courses and any course materials upfront when taking a course/seminar for the first time.

Referral Bonus Program

At MFI, we are all ambassadors of our culture and organization. If you know someone who would make a great addition to our team, and they are hired as the successful candidate, you are eligible to receive a bonus of up to $2,500 (less statutory deductions) provided you are actively employed at the time of payment and the successful candidate has passed the probationary period.

Insurance Discounts

Employees at Megson FitzPatrick who have successfully completed their probationary period receive a discount on insurance coverage secured through MFI.

Licensing Fees & Society Memberships

Employees at Megson FitzPatrick who have successfully completed their probationary period also will have their licensing fees and relevant memberships paid for by Megson FitzPatrick on their behalf.

Free Parking/Pro Pass

Megson FitzPatrick is happy to provide free parking for all Team Members. If you do not have a vehicle or choose to ride the bus to work we are pleased to offer an annual bus pass that is 50% subsidized by Megson FitzPatrick and is administered through payroll deduction.

Employee Share Ownership Program

After two years of employment, Megson’s offers its team the opportunity to buy shares in the Rogers group of companies. As owners, our team members not only have a vested interest in all of our operations, they also have a say.

The Fun Stuff

MFI is pleased to have an excellent Social Committee that organizes quarterly events for Megson FitzPatrick Team members. We encourage all Team members to participate in the events which are loads of fun and a great way to get to know your Teammates. In addition to the quarterly events there is an annual Holiday Party and many other company sanctioned activities.

I felt very much appreciated on staff appreciation day! And I am excited to be able to involved in some of the work team events coming up.
