Dear sir/madam, I was recently at your office needing auto insurance updating and I had the pleasure of being served by Mr. Michael Chaves. Having recently lost my Spouse of several years to a traumatic massive stroke, I was needing name changes on our automobile ownership, a new policy solely under my name and new licence plates. As you may imagine, this was a very difficult appointment for me. Unfortunately I brought some of the wrong papers for the work to be done. Mr. Chaves didn’t give up on me, and found the papers I needed in my file, processed them and made everything right for me. I am also very hard of hearing and again Mr. Chaves was patient even to the point of writing the needed requests for me to understand the process if necessary. He also offered to help me change my licence plates. With such superlative service I wanted to give Mr Chaves a cash token of my appreciation. He graciously declined and kindly told me he felt honoured to have helped me and expressed sorrow for my loss. Mr. Chaves is a wonderful credit to your company. Having our house insurance with your company as well, there has only been the best service I can imagine from your employees over the years. But this was a huge leap and I cannot express enough how Mr. Chaves’ kindness, thoroughness and patience saved me the grief of having to search for, and revisit this painful appointment. I want you to know what an exemplary employee you are so fortunate to have. Mr. Chaves is a wonderful addition to the Megson FitzPatrick family. Thank you for your time.
